The NMCA Sick Shootouts are back again for 2024. These fun eighth-mile events are open to everybody who has completed a drag-and-drive event. We work to select different kinds of cars that represent all aspects of drag-and-drive.

The event is comprised of some qualifying and testing, then we go on a cruise to get lunch somewhere cool. Afterwards we start racing, but the best part is there are no eliminations. Everyone races three times and then we pick two finalists based on points. So whatever your car runs, you’re going to have an absolute blast.

There will be two NMCA Sick Shootouts this year. The first will be at NMCA Michigan (US 131 Motorsports Park) on July 18-21, 2024, while the second will be at NMCA Norwalk on August 22-25.
