Former No Prep Kings Champion Mike Murillo Diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer
Sometimes we get bad news drop from the racing community, and today’s news comes for someone that has already been through a lot in the last two years, both health wise and with his racing.
Mike Murillo has announced that he has stage 4 lung cancer. It’s a non-small cell lung cancer, and there is a mass not only on his lungs, but also on his lymph nodes and his spine.

The announcement is the latest blow for the former No Prep Kings champion, who also suffered a fire in his legendary Mustang “LaFawnduh” on a pass last September.
