Sick The Magazine Plans Display at the Detroit AutoRama in 2026, and We Want Your Ride In Our Display!!

The Detroit AutoRama, an indoor car, truck, hot rod and motorcycle show held for over 70 years, puts tens of thousands of amazing rides on display. Everything from production cars, to top tier builds, including select few that are eligible for The Ridler Award.

Sick The Magazine has brought a drag and drive flavor to the show for years, and for the 2026 edition of The Detroit AutoRama, we’re looking to expand that display, and it could include your ride!

“It’s been on the greatest indoor shows for several decades,” said Tom Bailey. “We’ve enjoyed it for several years as enthusiasts, and we felt like showcasing a good number of drag and drive rides as part of our Sick The Magazine display.”

We’ve had a variety of rides as part of that display, which normally centers around our familiar Sick The Magazine orange merchandise trailer, where our full line-up of items will be available. This includes the highly desirable and ‘only available at events’ Sick The Mag straw hats!

Everything from Ayden Bailey’s Sick Michigan Miles-winning ‘Deuce Box’ ’57 Chevy wagon, to Matt Donovan’s ‘Garbage That Barfed’ 1938 Chevrolet that recently won the B/Gasser helmet at our Sick Smokies event, has been on display with us in the past.

Now, we want your drag and drive ride as part of the Sick The Magazine display, at the 2026 edition of The Detroit AutoRama at Huntington Place in Detroit.
