Could This Be the Ultimate Giveaway Vehicle – A 2021 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat is Sick the Magazine’s Next Giveaway Vehicle, and It Could End Up in Your Driveway!
Sick The Magazine has given away nine vehicles in a little over two-and-a-half years, and we’re continuing to offer some desirable, and in some cases rare, rides for you to win!
In the past, we’ve tossed the keys to new owners on a variety of unique automobiles, with everything from a cool patina’d dually pick-up to a street and drag strip-ready Pontiac GTO. But as we cross the mark into double digits for giveaway rides, we decided something that was not only rare, but proven on drag and drive events as well, would be the ticket for a vehicle giveaway.
Having Dodge as part of our Sick The Magazine team since we got our start has helped on several fronts, including the vehicles that helps transport our team during events. Dodge has also been a part of a few of the vehicles in the Sick The Magazine garage, including the 6-cylinder Hurricrate-swapped 2001 Ramcharger and Bailey’s 7-second 2021 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat.
We always get a good contingent of Mopar enthusiasts that participate in the Sick The Magazine events, and we had several that were part of our recent Sick Michigan Miles through Michigan.
“Dodge has shown for decades that they build cars and trucks the enthusiasts want, and the parts through Direct Connection as well,” said Tom Bailey, creator of Sick The Magazine. “In 2021, the Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat was a unique ride, and we’re giving Sick The Magazine enthusiasts a chance to win ours, PLUS $5,000 in CASH.”

One of just 2,000 Durango SRT Hellcat models Dodge produced for the 2021 model year, these models pack a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 making an advertised 710 horsepower. The all-wheel-drive (AWD) platform is teamed with an eight-speed TorqueFlite 8HP95 automatic transmission.
The Durango SRT Hellcat features a specially-tuned adaptive suspension, with 20-inch wheels and a Brembo 4-wheel-disc brake system with 15.75-inch, six-piston front rotors, and 13.8-inch, four-piston discs at the back.
Although the Durango SRT Hellcat can perform equally as well on the street as well as the track, it is capable of towing 8700 pounds, which is more than any other mid-size crossover SUV of the 2021 model year.
The interior is packed with features as well, with three rows of nappa-leather upholstered seats. The driver seat provides the pilot a gauge cluster featuring red accents, a flat-bottom steering wheel with paddle shifters, as well as heated and ventilated seats for driver and passenger.
The center console that separates the front bucket seats features a T-handle shifter that allows for standard or paddle shifting, a large storage bin, a pair of cupholders, and a wireless charging pad. Above the console sits a 10.1-inch touch screen in the center of the dash that controls not only the multimedia options, but also the SRT functions.
